OFFICE HOURS AND LOCATIONS

Our office is conveniently located in the neighborhood of Banner Boswell Hospital on Thunderbird Blvd. West of the hospital, in the Boswell West medical building on the ground floor. Easy access from Thunderbird Boulevard and Grand Avenue.

There is ample parking around the building, a blood testing laboratory; restaurant and pharmacy are all located in the same building. There is easy and quick access to Banner Boswell Hospital from this building including to the cardiac catheterization laboratory of Banner Boswell Hospital. Golf cart services are provided free for the patient’s within this campus. Disability access is available to the building and to our offices.
